1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the services provided by Verit Technologies ("Company", "we", "us"), including website development, AI automation tools, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Verit Technologies offers web development, software development, AI-powered solutions (including AI Employee, WhatsApp bots, and automation), barcode registration, and related IT services. Our Verit Ignite packages (Spark, Ignite, Elevate) provide varying levels of design, development, and AI integration as described on our website.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

4. PAYMENT AND FEES

Fees for Services are as set forth on our pricing page. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required before work commences. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a written agreement. We reserve the right to modify our prices with reasonable notice.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All deliverables (website code, designs, AI configurations) created specifically for you are your property upon full payment. Verit Technologies retains the right to use any general methodologies, tools, and pre-existing components (including Verit DesignAI and DevBoost frameworks) in our business. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our proprietary tools.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly known or independently developed.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verit Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verit Technologies, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using all deliverables and materials provided.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
